ANSWER

Hi Chara

Thanks for your question, it's a good one!

You are quering the Seasons but there are also 6 Tonal Color Families. As you see in the image above they all interlink and work together.

When there is one dominant color characteristic a person will have a Tonal color family. When there is a specific mix of color characteristics (as you detail above) they have a Seasonal Color Family.

I will go through them as you query.

LIGHT WARM SOFT - Spring colors will be too harsh and bright for this person and they will respond more clearly to either the LIGHT or the WARM color family.

LIGHT COOL BRIGHT - Summer colors will be too soft and dusky for this person and they are likely to respond more definitely to the COOL color palette which gives more contrast.

DEEP WARM BRIGHT - Now this is a slightly strange one. Although Autumn is Deep Warm and Soft, the softness (or Muted) comes from being richly blended as opposed to bright or clear. Many of the Autumn colors are brilliant and are perfect for people with bright eyes. If a person's coloring is soft and not definite enough for the Autumn colors then they may lean more towards the WARM palette.

DEEP COOL and SOFT - Winter colors will be too strong and bold for this person, they are much more likely to respond to the COOL color family which has slightly softer contrast.

Do take a look at how the Tonals and Seasonal color families interlink.

I hope that helps
kind regards
Pamela
