Hi - I'm size 26 and live in leggings and baggy tops I had a stroke 2 years ago and lost all my confidence but I'm only 47 and want to start feeling good about myself and don't know where to start regarding clothes

So sorry I don't have your name but am so pleased that you've been in touch.

Although I haven't been in your situation I do know a couple of ladies (both visitors to this website) who have been through much the same as yourself. They both fought back to re-gain self confidence and know only too well the problems with mobility.
