I think that Winter colors are perfect worn as block colors - so you could choose your best neutrals for casual tracksuits or warm jackets and pants for colder weather, then add your brighter colors with tops and accessories.

If you want to be dramatic think a column of black and wear a jacket in one of your brightest tones when the weather is really cold - your best red, blue or green will bring your coloring to life.

Icy lights always look fabulous whether you wear with brights accents or stronger tones.
