Hi there

My goodness his month is racing on. Thanksgiving next week and I'm delighted to say that, unusually, I'm cooking a turkey on Thursday! 

My late sister-in-law was American and introduced me to many traditional dishes which are now family favorites. Christmas, of course, is our main event but this year I'm let off from the work as I'm not hosting!

I've bought a new pair of velvet pants for the Holiday and realise just how much I rely on them year after year. If you buy just one thing this season, make it a pair of velvet pants they will take you anywhere and everywhere - whatever your age, shape or size!

With her fair skin, Mary was convinced she was a Winter and tried wearing the strong jewel tones only to find them completely over-powering. Until Color Analysis...

"Just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful color analysis, I thought I was Winter and should wear striking jewel colors but wondered why I looked better in softer colors like navy bronze burgundy purples and could wear coral! I definitely look best in the AUTUMN colors.

Self analysis confused me because of pink skin tone but have warm colors in my eyes and hair. My mom was a redhead, both parents from Ireland and my dad is Irish/German with dark hair and eyes, I'm a true mix.
