Hello there
This is a momentous time for our country. We've lost our matriarch, the irreplaceable and beautiful Queen Elizabeth II - we have a new King and a new Prime Minister.
On a personal level in the same week I lost a dear sister-in-law whom I loved and admired. It has certainly brought home to Maurice and I the phrase carpe diem which, roughly translated, urges us to live, love and enjoy life to the full whilst we may. More than that, to maintain an optimistic outlook on life which allows us to be grateful for what we have and appreciate our loved ones every day!
Great Britain will see great ceremony in the coming week and I can't tell you how heart-warming it has been to receive messages from different parts of the world expressing your love and admiration for our Queen.
'Grief is the price we pay for love'

This week Queen Elizabeth's favorite recipe was shared on BBC Radio and I thought you'd like to try it too.
It's an easy no-bake cake which she enjoyed frequently with her English Afternoon Tea.
This is presumably the original recipe shared by the Queen's past royal chef Darryn McGrady.
I asked for your favorite Summer outfits and, I'm sure you'll agree that Mary has made a brilliant choice for both color and style. Beautiful!
She says "You analyzed me as True Spring last year. A few weeks ago we attended our niece's wedding, I bought this dress a day or two beforehand on a whim and received so many compliments as soon as I walked in the door!
The dress was very comfortable and, as it was a garden wedding, I wore wedge-style sandals so my feet were equally at ease.
I certainly 'Styled Myself Confident' and felt very pretty, thoroughly enjoying the outfit and the occasion."
Do send in your photo on the Your Style Gallery page and share what makes you feel good, whatever your coloring! And see more Color Analysis pics here.
