Hi there

Temperatures are dropping and extremes of weather are beginning to hit many areas over here. Winter is rolling in very quickly and I wish and hope that you all stay warm and safe.   

But for the moment, let's forget the idea of a dismal Winter and take a look at one of my all-time favorite colors, the stunning Cobalt Blue. It's back on the radar this season and the best of it is that it suits practically everyone whatever your coloring. Everyone will find colors in their closet to team with this beauty - you'll be amazed at the array of colors it will work with - even Warm shades! 

Let's not forget that as the festive season approaches it can bring additional stress to many women. Check out that you're looking after yourself!  

It's that time of year again and if you're considering Online Color Analysis please submit your application early as, to ensure Holiday delivery, I can only accept up to the end of November. There is a strong connection between Stress and Skin Health! And your skin can be the first signal that something is wrong. 

Stress can cause greater problems with your mental health if ignored, so try to address any issue head on.

The beginning of the festive season brings additional stress to many women particularly those in the 'sandwich' generation i.e. caring for both children and aging parents. In my own family I see a change of dynamics as both my daughter-in-law and my niece attempt/need to be in several places at one time!
